🇩🇪 Beschreibung In der Hopfenlogistik ist das Gewicht allein oft nicht aussagekräftig; entscheidend ist die gelieferte Menge an reiner Alpha-Säure. Deshalb wird die Information über den im Beleg verwendeten Alpha Anteil (KGAlpha) fest gespeichert. Im Standard Prozess verwenden wir die KG Produkt als Basis- oder Verkaufseinheit.

Datenspeicher / Data Source​

🇩🇪 Herkunft der Daten Als Grundlage der Information wird bei der Reservierung bzw. bei der Hinterlegung der Artikelverfolgungszeilen im Verkaufsauftrag (Abrufauftrag) die Angaben aus der Chargeninformation bzw. Paketinformation geholt und gem. der verwendeten Charge bzw. Pakete das KGAlpha bestimmt und gespeichert. Diese Information wird bei der Buchung an die Verkaufslieferung weitergegeben und als Wert fest gespeichert.

Änderung der Alpha Werte / Change of Alpha Values​

🇩🇪 Änderung des Alpha Wertes Sofern sich der Alphawert nachträglich ändern sollte, oder in der Erfassung eine fehlerhafte Eingabe erfolgt sein sollte, kann der Alphawert nachträglich noch geändert werden. Dazu kann z.B. eine zweite Zeile in den Analysen angelegt werden (alternativ auch die bestehende Zeile geändert werden) und eine Aktualisierung in der gebuchten Verkaufslieferung durchgeführt werden.

⚙️ Funktionsweise / Functional Logic​

1. Datenbasis: Paketnummern-Informationsliste / Data source: Package number information list​

🇩🇪 Die Berechnung greift auf die hinterlegten Werte der Paketnummern-Informationsliste zu. Jedem Paket (Ballen) ist ein spezifischer Alpha-Wert zugeordnet, der zum Zeitpunkt der Laboranalyse oder des Wareneingangs erfasst wurde.

🇺🇸 The calculation accesses the values stored in the Package No. Information List. Each package (bale) is assigned a specific alpha value recorded at the time of laboratory analysis or goods receipt.

2. Trigger: Schließen der Artikelnachverfolgung / Trigger: Closing item tracking​

🇩🇪 Der Prozess wird automatisch ausgelöst, sobald:

  • In den Artikelnachverfolgungszeilen des Verkaufsauftrags spezifische Chargen oder Pakete hinterlegt wurden.
  • Das Fenster der Artikelnachverfolgung geschlossen wird.

  • Specific batches or packages have been entered in the Item Tracking Lines of the sales order.
  • The Item Tracking window is closed.

🧮 Kalkulationslogik / Calculation Logic​

🇩🇪 Berechnungsablauf:

  1. Das System prüft die Reservierungszeilen, die mit der aktuellen Verkaufszeile verknüpft sind.
  2. Anhand der reservierten Paketnummern wird das tatsächliche KGAlpha aus den zugehörigen Informationskarten summiert.
  3. Die berechnete Summe wird automatisch in das Feld "KGAlpha zu liefern" in der Verkaufszeile übernommen.

🇺🇸 Calculation Process:

  1. The system checks the Reservation Entries linked to the current sales line.
  2. Based on the reserved package numbers, the actual KG Alpha is summed up from the corresponding information cards.
  3. The calculated total is automatically transferred to the field "KG Alpha to Ship" in the sales line.

⚠️ Wichtige Hinweise / Important Notes​

  • Aktualisierung / Updates: 🇩🇪 Sollten Pakete in der Artikelnachverfolgung geändert oder entfernt werden, wird der Wert beim nächsten Schließen des Fensters neu berechnet und aktualisiert.

🇺🇸 If packages are changed or removed in the item tracking, the value will be recalculated and updated the next time the window is closed.
